The “Red” IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar is made with cooked juice from only Trebbiano grapes and wine vinegar. The result is a dense full-bodied vinegar with a strong flavour. You can taste its history in each drop, the result of the long maturing process inside oak barrels that has been passed down from generation to generation, as happens in all the most traditional vinegar producers in Modena. A unique product of history and tradition.
INGREDIENTS
Cooked Trebbiano grape juice, wine vinegar. Contains non-added sulphites.
TIPS
Suited mainly as dressing for fresh or grilled vegetables, omelettes, meat dishes or smoked fish, but but also perfect served with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Also goes well with fresh fruit.
