The extra-matured Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar matures for at least 25 years in barrels before being processed. The result is an especially dense vinegar, but with an unmistakable flavour that is balanced perfectly between sweet and sour, with a pleasant level of acidity and a characteristic aroma. Its production and quality are checked and guaranteed by the Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Consortium, and comes in its characteristic 100ml bottles designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro.

Cooked grape juice: 100%.
Contains non-added sulphites.
TIPS
You can always use a few drops on simple ingredients or more sophisticated dishes. Excellent with roast or boiled meats, but also on vegetables and fruits, ice-cream or panna cotta. And as our traditions indicate, it is also perfectly suited as is with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, even the long-matured forms.
