Extra-virgin Olive Oil obtained from carefully-selected olive trees at a specific level of maturing, from olive groves in the Marche region of Italy, and processed within 24 hours of picking to protect flavour and aroma. An unmistakable oil of high quality, with a green-gold colour, sweet but with a spicy aftertaste, and a low level of acidity that enriches every type of dish, particularly when used straight from the bottle.
The Blonde
IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar

The “Blonde” IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar is made only using Sorbara Lambrusco grapes, produced via sustainable cultivation from our area and gathered by hand. The slow maturing it undergoes in quality oak barrels and the strong flavour of the Sorbara Lambrusco grape make this a delicate vinegar but with a strong flavour perfect alongside any dish.
The Red
IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar

The “Red” IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar is made with cooked juice from only Trebbiano grapes and wine vinegar. The result is a dense full-bodied vinegar with a strong flavour. You can taste its history in each drop, the result of the long maturing process inside oak barrels that has been passed down from generation to generation, as happens in all the most traditional vinegar producers in Modena. A unique product of history and tradition.
Balsamic Vinegar

The extra-matured Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar matures for at least 25 years in barrels before being processed. The result is an especially dense vinegar, but with an unmistakable flavour that is balanced perfectly between sweet and sour, with a pleasant level of acidity and a characteristic aroma. Its production and quality are checked and guaranteed by the Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Consortium, and comes in its characteristic 100ml bottles designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro.
