The “Blonde” IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar is made only using Sorbara Lambrusco grapes, produced via sustainable cultivation from our area and gathered by hand. The slow maturing it undergoes in quality oak barrels and the strong flavour of the Sorbara Lambrusco grape make this a delicate vinegar but with a strong flavour perfect alongside any dish.
INGREDIENTS
Sorbara Lambrusco grape juice, wine vinegar.
Contains non-added sulphites.
TIPS
Use principally to dress fresh salads or grilled vegetables, but also perfect served with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
