The Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar matures for at least 12 years in barrels before being processed. The resultant vinegar is dense, with an unmistakable flavour delicately balanced between sweet and sour, with a pleasant level of acidity, and an unforgettable characteristic flavour. Its production and quality are checked and guaranteed by the Modena Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Consortium, and comes in its characteristic 100ml bottles designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro.

Cooked grape juice: 100%.
Contains non-added sulphites.
TIPS
You can always use a few drops on simple ingredients or more sophisticated dishes. Excellent with roast or boiled meats, but also on vegetables and fruits, ice-cream or panna cotta. And as our traditions demand, it is also perfectly suited as is with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, even the long-matured forms.
