The story of Bruino^TM starts thanks to the long-standing friendship between two people involved in the food business, and their love for their local land and its traditional flavours. Their passion for the traditional dishes of Italian cuisine – so simple yet so rich in flavour – gives them the inspiration to look for and select products of the highest-quality from local small-scale producers. This is at first for their own kitchens, but later for everyone who wanted to take a step back in time and find the flavours of our ancestors’ cuisine.
