This is a traditional compote first created by the Sebellini family of Carpi. Ancient roots tie the fine Carpi Mustard to the traditional cuisine of our area, and so the ancient Fair of Bruino. This is an exclusive recipe that adds flavour above all to the roast or boiled meat products so typical of the Emilian cuisine.
INGREDIENTS
Cooked grape juice, Campanine apples, Fetel pears, quince pears and apples, MUSTARD flavour, and orange peel.
Homemade product made without preservatives or colourants.
TIPS
This mustard is perfect for bringing out the best of both herbed or matured cheeses, and cold cuts. It is also particularly suitable alongside meat dishes, including our traditional boiled meats, from our traditional gallina (a boiled chicken dish) to cotechino (pig meat dish eaten often at Christmas).
