The Panettone is the classic Italian cake for Christmas. The classic BruinoTM Panettone uses the traditional Piedmont recipe, and is noted for its natural rising process, which gives freshness and lightness to every slice. Our handmade production does not use preservatives, but only quality ingredients such as the raisin and orange peel. Perfect for every public holiday or party, the Panettone comes in an elegant packaging designed to preserve its shape and flavour, and represents the perfect gift.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, raisins 16%, egg yolks, candied orange peel 11% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar),
butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat yeast, water), emulsifiers: fatty acid mono and bi-glicerides; glucose-fructose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings). May contain
soya,
nuts and
mustard.
TIPS
Panettone should be cut with a slow deep movement, keeping the knife parallel to the cake dish so that the air pockets in the dough are not crushed. Each slice should be around 80g each. Served exactly as it is, it goes perfectly with raisin wines but also strong-flavoured red wines.
